FAQ: Shipping, Returns, Sizing and the Moon Lamp

Where does Lunara ship, and what does shipping cost?
Everywhere, free. Every order ships free worldwide with no minimum. Orders leave within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 5-10 business days with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
5-10 business days for most countries after a 1-2 day dispatch. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel ships, and you can follow it on the Track Your Order page.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Duties are not collected at checkout. Most orders arrive without any extra charge; if your country applies import tax on a parcel, the carrier collects it on delivery. Email support@worldlunara.com with your order number and we will help.
What is the return policy?
30 days from delivery for any reason, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Email support@worldlunara.com with the order number, post it back, and the refund goes to your original payment method when it arrives.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Email the order number and the size you need. We reserve the replacement before you post the original back, so you are never waiting on stock.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Send a photo to support@worldlunara.com and it is replaced or refunded in full, including any return cost.
How does the sizing run?
The 1986 Collection is cut oversized on purpose. Size down for a cleaner line, stay true to size for the full 1986 volume. Each product page lists its sizes; most pieces run XS to 3XL, and belts, sunglasses and accessories are one size.
Is the 1986 Collection real vintage clothing?
No. It is new clothing made today in the cuts, colours and fabrics of 1986: original Lunara artwork, never licensed, never reproduced from someone else's archive.
Is Lunara the jacket from the 1986 photo trend?
The Purple Colour Block Windbreaker is the jacket in most of the photos, and the full collection has the shell suits, bombers, denim, sequins and sunglasses that appear around it. See Dress Like the 1986 Photo on the journal for the exact pieces.
Do you have a discount for buying several pieces?
Yes. Any three pieces in one order save 15%, applied automatically in the cart.
How does the levitating moon lamp float?
A magnet in the moon and an electromagnetic base hold it 10-15 mm above the walnut wood, hovering and rotating silently. Lower the moon onto the centre of the base until you feel it lift, then let go.
Is the moon lamp safe to leave on?
Yes. The LEDs are rated for 30,000+ hours, the moon stays cool to the touch, and if the power cuts the moon simply settles onto the base.
What is in the moon lamp box, and does it work in my country?
The 14 cm moon, the walnut base, a universal AC adapter for US, UK, EU and AU sockets, a wireless remote and the manual. It carries a 2-year warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
