Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind. If a piece is not right, we will exchange it or refund it.
What we can accept
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached.
- In a condition we could reasonably pass to the next customer.
What we cannot accept
- Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or scented.
- Items returned without tags.
- For hygiene reasons: earrings and other pierced jewellery.
Wrong size? Start with an exchange
Because everything is cut oversized, most size issues are solved with a single swap. Email us and we will reserve the replacement size before you post anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong piece, that is on us — send a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return cost.
How to start
Email support@worldlunara.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives.
